On August 21, hundreds of families gathered at Dunkin' Park for what became Connecticut's largest back-to-school event - the 5th Annual Angel of Edgewood Back-to-School Extravaganza.
Families lined the streets outside the stadium, eager to receive the support, inspiration, and resources they needed to prepare for the new school year. In total, over 500 families from the Greater Hartford area were served during the event.
What the Event Delivered
The event was a massive collaboration between local organizations, sponsors, and community leaders. Highlights included:
