Hello and Good Morning,

I am writing this email to give a compliment to your sales and service department. My husband and I have only owned Subaru's, so naturally when we decided it was time to trade in our 08' Outback we went looking for another. We purchased a 2011 in October from your dealership. We experienced a bit of difficulty mechanically with it. We brought it right into your service department and had them look at it. The service department did their best to remedy the issue. Obviously, we were discouraged because we love the way Subaru's drive and we knew that something was not right. Joe Newton- what can we say, he listened to me many times and worked with us every step of the way to get us into a new Outback. He came in on his day off to test drive my car with me and he listened to my husband, who wasn't as nice as I was. He did so with a sincerity that is a credit to your dealership. After a long process and discussions with Karen Quinn, who was also fantastic, Subaru with no questions asked agreed to buy the car back. Two days after the agreement, Chris Ledoux in sales called me. He listened to me, answered and returned all of my calls in a timely manner and was able to get me the car I wanted after searching and searching. We were able to test drive the new Outback for a couple of days, Chris called me to check in during this time. We felt valued and heard. When we arrived to finalize the process, we brought our young son who is 4. He was a bit temperamental at the time. Chris was awesome, he read and explained the manuals with him and spoke to us while he was doing it. He really made us feel so great! He was nothing but professional, genuine and he showed us that he valued his customers.  We love our new Outback! It is the car that we know to drive! Please pass this email on to Chris and Joe and if you can get it to Karen Quinn at Subaru of America that would be great. Thank you for your time.

To Whom it May Concern,

My husband and I purchased a 2008 Subaru Tribeca from Issa on July 1, 2011. We had to write in to tell you how wonderful an experience we had with your dealership. Issa had met us with the most professional and calming way so we felt NO pressure on us at all. We had previously shopped and we're unsatisfied with the salespeople not being able to find us what we we're looking for. Issa listening to us and immediately knew just what we we're looking for. We fell in love with the Tribeca and the professionalism so we put a deposit on the car. The next day we met with the financial rep (we do not remember his name) he also went out of his way to explain in detail everything we needed to know about financing a newer car. He answered any questions we had (we had a lot it's been 11 years since we financed a car).

This is the kind of customer service one expects in today's world but rarely gets. Please make sure they both are given a pat on the back (or a free lunch) for giving us this positive experience. We will be sure to recommend Bertera Subaru to friends and family in the future.

Keniel,

Sales person was very knowledgable about all the vehicles on the lot and was not pushy in any way.
Everybody on staff(sales, finance) worked well together to keep waiting time down and price down.

Cultural diverse staff, which doesn't mean they all have to be all races but knowledgable about
likes/dislikes of various cultures. Our sales person had the radio on the spain station prior
to our test drive. This felt like he cared about us and our culture.

Just a note of thanks for the excellent "buying experience" with Bertera Subaru... as in the past... it is
amazing that Raz and his team have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations.

As I mentioned, over the past 16 years I have bought 15 cars from Raz (since 1996) even though I
have never met him or walked into the show room. Every one was discussed, purchased and delivered
to my home... that is in itself a refreshing way to do business... and the repeat business is the mark
of a trust worthy and professional team.

My name is Lenny and I'm Connecticut resident.

 
My wife and myself we are long time Subaru car drivers.
One of our cars we bought in Springfield at Bertera Subaru in 2001.
The last few years we did service on two our Subaru cars at Harte Subaru in Hartford.
 
Yesterday and today we did the first service at Bertera Subaru in Hartford.
 
We would like to say 'THANK YOU VERY MUCH' to all people who served us these two days!!!!
The service was excellent from beginning to the end.

GOOD JOB!

 
The service manager Joe worked quickly and paper work process was a few minutes.
Service was done at time with high quality. Both cars were cleaned and washed.
 
Shuttle driver Sam did good work to bring me to work and back to the shop at time.
He called me in advance and answered all questions.
 
We are happy to see the first Bertera shop in Hartford and we hope to have
the same excellent service at Bertera Subaru in the future also.
